Refunds for "non compatible" DVDs will not be honoured.

in the United Kingdom and as such sells primarily Region 2 DVDs.
Therefore, if you are ordering from outside the United Kingdom
you need to be sure that your DVD player/DVD ROM and television
are Region 2 and PAL compatible. Notification of damaged and/or
incorrect orders must be made within 14 days and refunds will
be issued upon return of the goods. Please e-mail
